Colours, colour everywhere. This week are challenge was to take photos that had every photo of the rainbow. I explored and took pictures of many things around me.
Even with all those pictures this had been my favourite to take. I sat down with a camera, pencil crayons and a blank background. It was a great feeling because the possibilities were endless. I filled my camera role with many pictures all taken from different angles and with different set ups. I chose this one because I likes the closeness you get to the pencils and also how it cropped off. It was in good focus and I used grid lines to align the focus to the middle, a different approach to the rule of thirds. I also chose a black background for this as opposed to a white one as I felt it didn't overpower the colours and instead contrasted them further. I had a great time experimenting with light and colour in my photography
